Terms and Conditions

Class Cancellation Policy:

Classes must be paid in full to reserve your spot and are non-fundable.
Due to limited space, children or any non-paid persons may not attend classes.
Night Owl Quilting Studio requires 72-hour notice for any cancellation, in order to receive a class credit. Class credit will expire 6 months from date of cancellation. You may cancel by phone or email. Credit can also be used for Sit & Sew sessions.
Class credit cannot be redeemed during online registration, please call or come to the shop to sign up for a class using credit.
If Night Owl Quilting Studio needs to cancel any class for any unforeseeable circumstance ie: health/weather, you will receive a full refund for the class in the manner in which you paid.

Longarm Service Refund Policy

1. Deposit of 50% is required at the time of consultation for all quilts for long arm services.

2. You will be notified by phone or email when your quilt is completed and the remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up.

3. We will place a courtesy call to you once a month, up to 3 times, for arrangements for you to pay for your quilt. If after 90 days you do not pick up/pay for your quilt, then it will become the property of Night Owl Quilting Studio.

4. All payments for long arm services are non-refundable.

Longarm Disclaimer

Fullness and/or puckers within a quilt top cannot be quilted out. We cannot guarantee that puckers and tucks won’t be sewn in. In some cases excessive fullness in borders may result in quilt top corners not being square. The flatter your quilt top is, the better the finish will be.

Mechanical Disclaimer

Please be aware that sewing machines, including longarm machines are mechanical devices. Although, we do our best to ensure perfect results every time, on very rare occasions mechanical problems may occur which may result in minor damage to a quilt top and/or backing.

Price Adjustment Disclaimer

We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but prices may be adjusted due to factors like market conditions, supplier costs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
