Many of you may not know, we lost our mother/grandmother, Gemma Geisman, April 2020, she was an amazing woman!
Her second child, Mike, was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a rare brittle bone disease. She wrote about her story about raising a child with this disease, which was published in Redbook Magazine in 1968. This article started an epic journey of hope for so many other mothers like her. She worked tirelessly with the doctors at Shriner's Hospital in Chicago to raise awareness for this disease and eventually founded the OI Foundation.
Monday, December 7th, is Gemma's birthday, she would've turned 86 this year. In honor of her memory, the OI Foundation is launching a new program called "Gemma's Corner", a place for families to share their own stories. We are so honored to know that her life continues to inspire and connect so many people even after she has passed, she truly deserves this.

Stay tuned for ways that you can help us raise awareness this week for the OI Foundation. We will be having a bake sale during Old Home Day on the 13th, all proceeds will be donated.
We had so much fun golfing to support the Foundation last year and hope to play again!
100% of all donations will go to the OI Foundation, in memory of Gemma Geisman. Thank you for your generosity.
