the mission
Our mission at Night Owl Quilting Studio is to create and educate. We are committed to developing a love of quilts, sewing and creating magic with fabric and thread. We also believe it is important to teach our young the art of sewing because it is a skill that will serve them well all their lives. In that vein of encouragement we are introducing our first Kids Club!
sewing skills learned
Pattern selection, color theory, machine piecing, math & measurement skills, sewing machine skills, applique techniques, quilting techniques, & binding techniques.
lifelong skills
Following directions, active listening, social skills, self confidence, self esteem, sense of accomplishment, building friendships, creative thinking, goal setting, commitment, follow through

Sewing show
We will host an annual Sewing Show at the end of the year to showcase the kids projects. Family and friends can come see all the projects on display and enjoy an ice cream social together.
annual fee
There will be a $25.00 non-refundable fee due in January of each calendar year. This fee will include the cost of the family/friends Sewing Show and ice cream social at the end of the year!
